Frequently asked questions

How do I report a client who hasn’t paid my dues?

Fill in the form above with your business details, the client’s firm name, GSTIN (if available), city, the amount due and the date it became due. Then upload proof such as invoices, purchase orders, ledgers, delivery challans, chats or a legal notice. Reporting is free.

Will the client know that I reported them?

No. Your identity is kept confidential. Businesses that check the client on TradeSure only see that verified unpaid dues have been reported against them, never who reported them.

What proof do I need to submit?

Any document that shows the amount is owed: invoices, purchase orders, ledger statements, delivery challans, chats or a legal notice. You can upload up to 5 files (PDF, JPG or PNG), up to 10 MB each.

What happens after I submit a report?

Our team checks your documents and may contact you or the client. Once verified, the unpaid dues appear on the client’s TradeSure business report, so other businesses can see the risk before extending credit to them.

What if a report is false?

Every report is verified before it appears. Reports found to be false are removed.
