1) What we do
TradeSure provides analytics and risk-insight tools to business users to help them make faster trade-credit decisions. Our users (traders/manufacturers/distributors) input identifiers of their customers (e.g., GSTIN, PAN, mobile number) and we return a “TradeSure Score” and related analysis using authorized third-party APIs and data sources.
2) Roles & responsibilities
You (our business customer) act as the data fiduciary/controller for your end-customer data.
TradeSure acts as a data processor/service provider, processing data strictly on your documented instructions to deliver the requested reports.
3) Data we process
End-customer identifiers provided by you: GSTIN, PAN, mobile number, basic KYC attributes you submit.
Derived/obtained data: risk indicators, verification results, registry lookups, compliance flags, and analytics/score outputs from authorized APIs.
Your account/billing data: business contact details, login, audit logs, payment references, invoices, support tickets.
Usage data: device/browser metadata, IP, timestamps, feature usage, and cookies/SDK events.
4) Lawful basis & consent
We process data solely on your behalf.
You are responsible for obtaining valid, informed, and verifiable consent from your end-customers (where required by applicable law) before you submit their identifiers to TradeSure. You must retain proof of such consent and provide it to us on request.
You agree not to submit data where consent is absent or unlawful.
5) How we use data
To generate TradeSure risk insights and reports.
To provide, secure, maintain, and improve our Services (including troubleshooting, logs, and fraud prevention).
To comply with law, enforce terms, and detect misuse.
6) Sharing & transfers
Sub-processors / API providers: We share data with vetted third parties strictly to deliver the Services (e.g., government/public registries, compliance/KYC APIs, telecom/utility verifications where authorized, hosting/cloud, logging, payments).
Legal: We may disclose where required by law or to protect rights/security.
No selling of personal data.
Data may be transferred and processed outside your jurisdiction subject to protections (contractual/safeguards).
7) Security
We employ administrative, technical, and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, role-based privileges, logging). No method is 100% secure; residual risk remains.
8) Retention
End-customer lookup inputs and resulting reports are retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, audit, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.
You can request deletion of specific end-customer data that you submitted, subject to legal/audit retention obligations.
9) Your rights & choices
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your account data. For your end-customers’ data, you must route their rights requests to us with adequate verification, and we will assist you as your processor.
10) Cookies & similar tech
We use cookies/SDKs for authentication, session management, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies via browser settings, but some features may not work.
11) Children
Our Services are not intended for minors.
12) Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
